Before you write
A few quick notes
- Response time: we reply within two business days, Monday to Friday.
- Product problems: for a faulty machine, a warranty claim, or a return, contact the store or manufacturer directly. They can repair or replace it. We cannot.
- No personal data needed: please do not send order numbers, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Our promise
We never accept paid placements in our rankings, and no message, offer, or free sample changes a pick. If we update a guide because of your note, it is because the facts changed.
